This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from jpartwork.co.uk (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you visit the Site, it automatically collects certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, information is collected about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. This is referred to as automatically-collected information or “Device Information.”

Device Information is collected using the following technologies:

- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, it'll collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, Paypal details, information provided at Point Of Sale - the iZettle card machine keeps very little information; only part of the long card number), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

Aside from what the website automatically collects through transactions,  I personally have spreadsheets of orders made; the only personal information I save in those are your first and last name, and country of Origin. The other details are to do with the product, and if you would like your name/country removed from data records please feel free to email me at: jpartwork@outlook.com and just let me know your order number so I can find you in the records quickly!

When I talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, I'm talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO I USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Iuse the Order Information collected generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, I use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you;
Screen orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

At this time (May, 2018) I don't use information for anything else, other than knowing what's been purchased and where to post it to and using your email to send marketing when you have decided to opt-in.

I have no intention of sharing your Data with any Third parties outside of those listed in the next section, and don't personally keep track of anything more than necessary. Your details stay on the website database, and will be untouched unless needed for further reasons (if any queries about orders, returns, refunds etc) or if you request for them to be removed (I will happily oblige!)

I use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Information collected can be used to help create more effective marketing campaigns, as the information shows what is a success and what isn't, and the types of people interested (for example Facebook allows for you to see the percentage of males/females interacting with an Ad, the country they're from, and the age bracket they're in.) It helps with targeting to ensure Ads aren't being shown to those who simply aren't interested!

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal Information is shared with some third parties; for example, it's shared with Shopify to power the online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.

Finally, I may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information I receive, or to otherwise protect my rights.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

As described above, I sometimes use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications I believe may be of interest to you.

Please note that I do not alter the Site’s data collection and use practices when I see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information I hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact me through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident I note that I'm are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts I might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, I will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask me to delete this information.

The site has no age restriction but please be responsible; if your parents are paying ensure you have their permission to buy, and get them to fill out all of their details for themselves. 

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13; if you are please get your parents to fill in their details and do the purchasing for you. Products have no age restriction but I wouldn't like minors to be sharing too much information online. 

CHANGES
I may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to my practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
